ASTM A193 Gr.347 UNS S34700 Bolts Nuts Washers
ASTM A193 Grade 347, also known as UNS S34700, is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with additions of columbium and tantalum, offering excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and high-temperature oxidation.
This alloy is widely used for bolts, nuts, studs, and washers in applications where elevated temperatures and corrosive environments are prevalent.

- Chromium (Cr): 17.0-20.0%
- Nickel (Ni): 9.0-13.0%
- Columbium (Cb) + Tantalum (Ta): 10x(C) min
- Manganese (Mn): 2.0% max
- Silicon (Si): 1.0% max
- Carbon (C): 0.08% max
- Phosphorus (P): 0.045% max
- Sulfur (S): 0.030% max
- **Mechanical Properties**:
- Tensile Strength: ≥515 MPa
- Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): ≥205 MPa -
Elongation (% in 2 inches): ≥35%
- Hardness (Brinell): ≤201 HB.
